Most designs are delivered within 5-7 business days of receiving your site information. Concierge packages with site visits may take 10-14 days depending on scheduling.
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. Essential includes one round, Complete includes two, and Concierge includes unlimited revisions during the design phase.
Absolutely. While we start from a proven archetype, we can blend elements from different designs to create something that perfectly fits your lifestyle. This is included in all packages.
Our designs are optimised for the typical row house plot (roughly 5-10m wide, 10-30m deep). If your garden is significantly different in size or shape, contact us and we'll advise on the best approach.
Complete and Concierge packages include guidance on implementation. With Concierge, we provide full project management of your garden installation, coordinating all contractors and ensuring the design is built exactly as intended.
